My doctor told me I am always constipated (TMI?) even right after I go #2. I’ve been trying a lot of alternative therapies that seem to work much better than putting more pills in my mouth. The laxatives were unpredictable and made me nervous. Are these oils gentle enough that you aren’t surprised many times a day and night by their “effectiveness”? Oh gosh I am currently suffering the effects of ibs as I am typing this. I am going to buy this to try! You said you previously struggled with it, does it mean you are cured? Did you change your diet or do anything different? I think my ibs triggers are changing as I am growing older. Thanks for sharing!
